Director/Adviser

Julie is the owner and Managing Director of Mortgage Matters Ltd. Passionate about all things lending, Julie has held a long professional career in Mortgages & Insurance. With a love of all things complex, she strives to place the unplaceable cases, building a reputation of being ‘the person to see’ when you need expert guidance and a tailored solution.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julie has a love for creativity, bringing innovative ideas to both her work and personal projects. As a devoted mother of four, family life is at the heart of everything she does.

Kim

Executive PA

Kim joined Mortgage Matters as an Executive PA in 2024, having previously worked as a Civil Servant and latterly in Education for many years, Kim has embraced this new arena, jumping into the thick of it and making her mark very quickly.

In Kim’s spare time she enjoys travelling to new places, experiencing different cultures, cooking, gardening and various handicrafts such as knitting, crochet and sewing.

Kim also enjoys going to gigs and watching live music, as well as being a keen football fan with a love of going for long walks in the countryside with her chocolate cockerpoo, Brian.

Mark

Adviser

Mark joined the mortgage advice industry immediately after finishing colleague, which means that he now has almost 10 years of experience, helping homebuyers, existing homeowners and landlords alike, throughout each step of the journey; whether that be a first-time purchase, refinance or something a little more complex, he is happy to throw himself into it head first!

Mark’s passion mirrors that of the Mortgage Matters team, striving to not only secure the best mortgage product for you, but to also be by your side every step of the way, guiding and ensuring that matters progress as smoothly as possible.

Isabel

Mortgage Administration Apprentice

As an apprentice at Mortgage Matters Ltd, Isabel brings a fresh perspective and an incredible eye for detail to the team. Her love for aesthetics and precision shines through in everything she does, whether it’s keeping documents impeccably organized or ensuring every client interaction feels seamless and polished.

Isabel is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of the industry while contributing her own flair for design and order.
